Changes in Blood Constituents After Exercise


Abstract
With the object of 5 girls¢¥ middle-distance runner of the ground player attending at K physical high school, tried to find out how to change the component of blood after taking exercise for 5 minutes with Harvard Step. The Conclusion is as follows.
All the subjects¢¥ white blood cell is increased from 8.92 ¡¾1.76 X 109 /1 of stability to 12. 38¡¾2.51 x109/1 in a minute of recovering after taking exercise, proved meaningful increase at the meaningness level of p(0.05 and recovered after 20 minutes by 8.68 1.94 x/ 109/1, stability cost.
All the subjects¢¥ Red blood cell is increased 9.63% from 4.36 ¡¾0.23 x 1012 /1 of s ability to 4,78 ¡¾0.9 X 109 /1 in a minute of recovering after taking exercise, proved meaningful increase at the meaningness level of p<0.01 and recovered after 20minutes by 4.35 0.19 X 109/1, stability cost.
All the subjects¢¥ hemoglobin is increased 11.64% from 11.34 ¡¾0.80 xg /dl of stahility to 12.66 ¡¾0.25 xg /1 in a minute of recovering after taking exercise, proved meaningful in crease at the meaningness level of p(0.02 and recovered after 20 minutes by 11.22 0.575< g /dl, stability cost.
All the subjects hematocrit is increased from 35.76¡¾1.19% to 39.64+1.14% in a minute of recovering after taking exercise, proved meaningful increase at the meaningness level of p(0.01 and recovered after 20 minutes by 35.98¡¾1.72%, stability cost.
